Interesting article, but it might have been good to mention the systemic limitations of NFTs and NFT blockchains - such as the super high gas fees on Ethereum which are making it impossible for people to trade NFTs (gaming, collectibles, and so on).
This is a great point. I am pretty blockchain agnostic, as long as the blockchain provides real property rights, I am happy to switch to another chain. As you point out correctly, Ethereum is showing some real problems now so a secure alternative is needed.
